I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

What about Thursday?
Hi all, I was hoping to get down to the field today untill I got a phonecall from a mate to say he had just recieved a letter to attend the hospital today for a scan. So it's down to me to take him.
Anyway weather permitting I hope to be there tomorrow, if anyone else is heading down there see you then. Fingers crossed.

Re: What about Thursday?
My flying week is been turned upside down with this half term lark !!! I should have been flying today but instead ended up looking at so animals in a safari park
Oh well
With a bit of luck tomorrow after 1300, I should be free and able to do some flying, weather permitting
See you there
Regards
Zaidy

Thursday flying
Windy and cold Managed a flight with the 600 Nitro which seemed less interested in the wind than I was!!. Sorry you were not able to get a flight in Mel but thanks for the chat. Likewise Rich, nice to see you and chat. The gate sighn looks great. All the prayer mats are out for the weekend as when I called in on Zaid he looked as if he is in denial and needs a fix PDQ.
Keep well
