I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Club night - Thursday 22nd.
Morning All!
The weather is looking great as usual on a Thursday, so is anyone planning on popping down to the field this Afternoon/Evening? It's currently raining in St Asaph....

Yep, cowl is on, couple of holes drilled to get to the mixture screws (saves taking the cowl off to adjust and the batteries are mounted properly using cable ties and velcro, instead of duct tape.....
The only issue is that it doesn't fit in the little blue car, and the van is currently restricted to driving no more than about 100 yards at a time at this point in time
I'm heading over in time for 6pm all being well. There has been a lot of rain over the last few days, so I expect the field will be damp. It does soak up the water well at this time of year though, so it will probably be okay. The current weather a couple of miles from the field is cloudy with the odd sunny patch. No rain for the last few hours

Chances are I have taken a few steps back with my flying (or lack of it) Rich, if your coming could you bring along a gallon of 10% again, thanks

Good night was had by all,
First off Congrats to new club member (Joined yesterday) Peter Squire on passing his FW A cert, Peter has been flying on his own the last year or so and flew a cracking test!
Sam will be doing his next time out as im sick of standing next to him now.
Andy Lipo experiment went well (vid to follow im sure) bit of a laff but served as a very usfull warning to us all!
Flights included Pete, Sam, Me with the saber, Allan P with his wonderfull tigger, Zaidy for a quickie and Andy crashing his delta several times.
Bri Jem and Roy all formed a gossib group and chewed the fat all night, so there was somthing for everyone! Were were the rest of you

The only thing missing from last night, was a BBQ and a stack of burgers!
And I didn't crash lots, I merely landed several times, with gusto!
