I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

What EDF unit did you buy for it Mark - as I assume the cost mentioned was the bare airframe and perhaps servos ?
Hobby King yes ?

I think it is ready to go Tim, just add rx... Bargain of the year I reckon. Unless they are grossly underpowered though....

Re: F86 50mm EDF
Ok for some more info:
Price 101.49 dollars delivered. Paypay exchange rate was 1.49 so about 68 quid.
Plane is made from EPO (same as the lander Hunter i had)
Loverly scale lines and paint job, (but no pilot so im nicking the one out of the dead Hunter)
No cheeter hole
All servos instaled and centered
Fan Motor and ESC instaled
950mah 3s1p unbranded lipo included
Just a case of glueing the tails and the wing on (I used cyno and kicker took all of 10mins)
CoG was set a little behind where they say (little nobble on the underside) and it flew loverly (look at the launch on the vid) 2 clicks of up trim all that was required, to get the corect CoG (as they say) would have ment alittle surgery on the canopy
All I added to the kit was a Specki 5000 RX
All up weight light!
Flight time of about 4mins with 8% left in the battery so i may go for some 1100`s to imporve the times but to be honest that was enough
HK dont have the full range yet but this will include: F86, L39, F18, F16, AMX. Eurofighter, Hawk, F35, Mig15 thats all thats anouced at the mo but Jpower have promised 20 models in the 50mm Range
Huge thread on RCgroups http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1158665
Vid is uploading now

Re: F86 50mm EDF
aww no mini mig in stock i hope they get em in. (hence my comment about halfway through the vid).
Very impressed with this, Mark flew it right from my hand. plenty of power, easily fast enough for such a tiny jet.

Cheers Guys, I was soooooo suprised how well it flew, get one ordered Andy
Intrestingly the Saber is the heaviest of the range acording to the spec list so the others should be even better
