I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

SAT 07/02....Orme anyone?
So is anyone up for braving the elements on the Orme today?
Blowing 15/20mph N/NW.
Just the odd drop of wet/fluffy stuff forecast but I bet the wind chill will be a force to recon with.
I won`t be flying but fancy some exercise around lunchtime.

Re: SAT 07/02....Orme anyone?
Hi Bob, no still waiting to get a window in the weather and I've got Rich pencilled in for the test pilots job as all this flaps, snap flaps and what have you is new to me so I think it's wisest to hand the baton to someone with more experience on the slopes. Rich is busy this weekend and I'm laid up with yet another cold and sore throat so patience wins again I've also got a Wildthing ready to go as well once the postman delivers my R/X battery. I did manage to get a preview of Andy Ellison's report on the Wasabi which is coming up in one of the mags soon and he gives it a glowing report, so watch this space

Cheers Bri,
sounds a really complicated machine, looking forward to seeing it perform, as I`m sure you must be.
well i`m off to do abit of shopping then up the Orme for a stroll, looking out over the hills at the moment looks quite promising for anyone going up there today,
cheers
