I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Soaring today on the Rock
Had a good few hours on the Rock today. Here is yet another Gum Cam video.
John Nikon-Bow was therewith his picture taking machine so we may get some stills shortly.
(What about the heli shots from last weekend John)
Sam was there with the family, looked like they were there for the night with tent up and picnic under way.

Re: Soaring today on the Rock
I was hoping to get up there this afternoon, but after a rather heavy weekend down in Cardiff helping one of my mates celebrate his last days as a single man, I was a little bit emotional, and felt that my sofa needed some attention.

Indeed, and apart from Zaidy going home in a huff cause he broke everything - we all had a great time.
I was very happy with the newly finished SU47 ( well alright then, ripmax alienator underneath ) and she sloped pretty darn well - however opening the go stick saw her head for the upper stratrosphere like a home sick angel - 145 watts per pound being most ample.
