I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Trim Chart and Article
Oringinaly, kindley posted by Brian
Here's the links to the trim article and chart by Peter Goldsmith. I've hosted them on the club site as well. Don't know whether you want them in this thread Mark but I'm sure with your moderating powers you can shuffle them around
Trim Article
Trim Chart
The articles a bit heavy going but very useful nonetheless, the charts extremeley useful and I usually carry a laminated copy with me most times I'm flying

Re: Trim Chart and Article
Now that is really rather useful. indeed. The chart is nice and concise, and is bound to be good for setting up a new model...
Not that I will take much notice of it, mind....

Re: Trim Chart and Article
As you can see ive moved this as i feel it should be in a place of its own.
It always anoys me when i read reviews of models and they say " required no trim" "only wanted 2 clicks of ele" etc etc, this may be true to fly a straigh pass but it is by no means the end of the story.
Follow the steps on the trim chart, yes it may take a couple of flights and abit of workshop tweeking but it will make your flying better!
