I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Llysfaen Indoor 13.10.10
A slightly somber start to the evening, Our first time up at Llysfaen without good old Dave Sargent.
Thanks must go to Brent Parry for taking over the sole running of this awsome (non club) event.
For the first meet up of the year it was a really good turn out. Myself, John Dean, Dave Moran, Tim, Brent, Jem, Alan Patrick, Dennis and that strange forign bloke were all in atendance. Tim's hobby shop and repaire business was as busy as normal and thanks must go to him for the great work he dose to keep the vapor squadron airworthy.
New for this year so far was Alan P's wickid Vapor night with its fancy LED's which looked great with the lights out (hopfully Alan will post some pics) and the AWSOME RBBB Yak 55 flown by myself, Jem also bound it to his TX for a taste of small hall 3d (Rich you better warm that laser up as I feel a couple may be required)
Sim was working well and the tea and coffee flowed all night. those that didnt/havent made the trip up really should do as its a reet good crack.
See you all next week

Re: Llysfaen Indoor 13.10.10
It was a sad start to the indoor season but everbody seemed to enjoy the event. Dave was sadly missed and i am sure if he had been there he would have been dreaming up what we could be doing for compitions and challanges this year, so if anyone has any ideas for some crasy way to increase the fun factor then lets try them out
