I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Well our best turn out yet with plenty of action. It was great to see Dave M out again enjoying himself and the total count was 14 pilots signed in Indoor at Llysfaen 2nd Feb Icon_biggrin Indoor at Llysfaen 2nd Feb Icon_biggrin

Barnysboy found his form and won the slalom in a time of 29.81 seconds with Tim second in 37.64 with Chris, a junior member 3rd in 40.63. As the course was slightly different this week we need to organise a match race between Barnysboy and Andy over the same course.

Gutted I couldn't make it tonight, was busy working unfortunately Sad

Still, I have to let Monsieur Barnes win something right? I'm well up for a match race next week though. I'm half considering investing in my own vapor too. Perhaps this time I'll have more luck with the mail order?!

yes a good night,well done young Chris.
Mark won but,credit should go to Roy.We all know its how the Tx and a/c are set up that gives the edge not the actual flying ability.Mark had to borrow his Fathers Tx and a/c.He used some excuse about his being sent away to Europe somewhere. Twisted Evil

Sam, I was watching you last night before you changed the throws.For what its worth you were really flying the a/c and doing brill.Move up a step,like throw change and you are on another learning curve....keep at it.Keep pushing yourself forward,you will make mistakes but thats all part of progressing.
