Edit ??

I see the edit function appears to have been totally removed, can it not be set to give say 15 mins edit time to allow for spelling corrections etc Seems a little draconian to remove it altogether JMHO

Im still working on setting a time on it, but for now its totaly off, sorry for the incovinance but now we all look like we spell as bad as me!

Now i really should do some work today its 4.05 and ive done bugger all

That's the ultimate aim. Enough of an edit time for the post to be checked for smelling pistakes, and punc'tu'ation errors. There was rather a lot of posting a load of stuff, then going back to it a few days later and editing it. It was making everything VERY confusing, and causing rather a lot of bother.

I'm hoping there is a way that we can sort it similar to how you suggest, perhaps with a little longer to edit a post, but I'm not as familiar with this forum software as Mark is, so it's on his shoulders this one!

If there is no way of doing this, we'll put it back to how it was.

I'm quite fond of the odd smelling pistake and I know exactly where you're coming from but it's nice to have a reasonable edit time if poss
