I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

I got a letter from the BMFA today with a new membership card, a certificate and a letter saying Im now a club instructor Question

I thought i had been for a couple of years, Hell ive been an Examiner for over 12 months lol

Any of the other instructors had one?

Funny that, I was down as an instructor for helicopters on my other club The Vale of Conwy MFC. I got a new card the other day, no letter, just a new card with my I(H) removed.

I think
The I(FW) or I(H) endorsement on the membership card is issued when a member is enrolled and nominated by a specific club. It does not necessarily pass on if you move to a different club.

Do you want to learn to fly in mode I (Throttle Right stick) or mode II (Throttle Left stick) ?

Only a few can fly the right way, mode II

(watch out for a big discussion !!!!)
