I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Whilst down the field this afternoon we had a visit from Vince and he told us that back in August he'd suffered total renal failure and is now on dialysis three times a week and also on steroids all of which leaves him feeling travel sick most of the time. He's unable to fly at the moment but hopes to return sometime hence. The medics are hopeful that his kidney function will eventually return to normal as I'm sure we all do. He passed on his regards to you all so if you could pass this on to any of the guys who are not on the forum Vince Pickford Icon_wink Vince Pickford Icon_wink

I only Met Vince breifly today. he seems like a really nice guy and I hope he will re visit the field again soon to see my Huey 205 flying and also the autogiro.
