I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Brian Jones' Spitfire
Brian flew this at the field last Thursday afternoon along with his new H9 Mustang and John Bowman came along to photograph the occasion. A couple of days later he emailed me this picture of the Spitfire, the things absolutely diminutive in size somewhere between 10 and 15" wingspan I reckon it has threeway stabilization and will fly in a fair old breeze. My main reason for posting is to compliment John on capturing such a brilliant image of such a small subject
Re: Brian Jones' Spitfire
While we're on the subject of John Bowman he has misplaced his wife's Nikon V1 camera, he seems to think he last used it to take pics of some 'planes, if anybody has seen it please post on here.
Re: Brian Jones' Spitfire
Looks so realistic it could almost be mistaken for a full sized one.
