Every Thursday is unofficially club night once the clocks change been like that for years Brian surely you know that.

First Thursday in every Month the Official club night.

I believe it was every Thursday in June July & August Mark it was me who proposed that on committee, perhaps it's changed, if so nobody told me. It was never linked to BST as far as I know Perhaps you guy's have changed it with with your night flying   

What the heck! It was great weather and therefore a good opportunity. May we have many more this year

Or Brian perhaps the weather was nice so we when flying didn't worry about politics or any other crap, getting pretty darn sick of it all to be honest.

in other news, and on a more positive note.

It was great to see the field busy and active last night with all kinds of disciplines sharing the airspace from Big Aerobats to small foam fast things to helicopters and DLG and of course multirotors inc FPV.

Looks like we could have a good year with big turnouts

Sorry I missed last night, sounds good. I went down this afternoon but nobody there. The cows were all around the strip and I thought here we go! Walked over to take the fence down and they all got up and walked off into the next field!! Looks like they're all well trained this year.  

Hopefully that will last Mike

I really enjoyed last night and thanks to everyone for making us feel welcome, it was great to see all the different types of models flying. Can't wait to get back up and hopefully start flying the trainer

Yea eventually Tim well at least the first flights out the way and now I can't wait to get back up if the weather ever improves.
