#Great Orme 21.12.17

Thu Dec 21, 2017 9:26 pm by Gary M Jones

Good flying this afternoon at the #Orme on this the shortest day of 2017. Wind was bang on the fav. slope probably about 25mph. Must put a ballast bolt in the model. Flight curtailed by the short day length !

Haven't had had time to sort out the pictures from yesterday but when you open the fence box you will find a new switch unit with permanent wiring to the battery. Its self evident how to use it - turn the fence off with the switch and back on after the fence is back up. Check the red LED is on and listen for the 'wheee-click' sound from the fence unit. Couldn't be simpler! No more croc clips!

Had a look at the switch, looks the part, I think it would look better if you had more LEDs just to bling it up Very Happy

Thanks Allan, a good and easy to use modification .
