Saturday 7/7/18

2018-07-07, 21:07 by Gary M Jones

I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Anyone heard the one about the flyer who took off with only two wing bands on his model then did a high G pullout Question
Anyway thanks to cyno my Piccolo is nearly repaired and will fly again cheers
What a great afternoon. Loads of people and models to talk to and look at. And I even had a couple of flights with the 600nitro.
I am sold on the large models that were flying (now theres an admision for a helicopterr pilot) and can see me having a dable in the future. They fly so smoooooooth.
Lets hope the sunny is out Saturday and we can burn some more fuel.

Keep well

Regards

Yup a good days flying, pity about Bob's Extra as reported above, this hobby can bite you like a rabid dog sometimes but as Bob has posted "onwards and upwards" is the only way Wink
