I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

OS 55 Engine crank case damage !! Empty OS 55 Engine crank case damage !!

Some of you may know that my OS 55 self-destructed (Crank case broken in half) a couple of weeks back. After wiping the tears of sadness and coming to realise that I have to buy a new kit with engine as there was no way in hell of OS/RIPMAX will take my word for the damage. I even called Fast lad, without even looking at the photos they said OH AH its crash damage !!

Had a good long chat with Danny and Tom as they both had problems with their engines due to bearing damage... Tom recommended I should send it back.
I Sent the engine back to RIPMAX and in just over a week they sent me a brand spanking new OS 55 no questions asked ... that is what I call service.
Well Done RIPMAX/OS
