It's a Vic Smeed "Coquette", the red and yellow model pictured is from a vintage magazine page.
The first one in Derek Foxwell's flyers is a coquette was on show uncovered on their stand.
Lot of interest in all his range
Also below of some more famous control liners as kits by Derek
Chubby-Stunt control line bipe
0.5 to 0.8cc
15-20' lines

Or a proper big model
Thunderbolt 49"
