I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ

Proposals for Model aircraft flying ( CAA registration) April 2019
Having read the documents recently sent out regarding the proposed £16.50 cost to register for the scheme it does seem a bit like having a Tx licence, as some people may remember from many moons ago.
I do not however agree with the online test as not everyone has access to or can use a computer or mobile device. Also with this in mind there is no proof that a candidate has in fact carried out the online test ( someone else could do it for them) There are also issues with language, dislexia etc. The policing of the scheme is also questionable. Getting people to register may also be an issue.
