I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Get your spot landings practised, we are doing the next round of the clubnight competition series at on the 1st June, from about 7pm onwards.

The rules are simple:

1. Anyone can enter, with any model.
2. We are doing two landings, one un-powered, and one powered.
3. YOu shall take off with you model, and climb to a good circuit height, to satisfy the Official Official.
4. The Official Official shall announce Spot landing in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, go! At which point, you shall cut your motor, and glide in to land, as close to the official spot, as possible.
5. The closer to the spot you get, the more points you get.
6. The powered landing is the same, but obviously, you don't need to cut your motor.
7. As always, there are bonus points available for style, entertainment, and comedy.
8. Wildcard. If you aren't happy with one of your landing, you can elect to play a wild card, and have another go. Be aware that if you do so, you HAVE to accept your wildcard landing.

See you there.

Andy
