I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Scale Glider
My return to Gliding is imminent soooooo
Im looking for a scale glider around 3m span but no bigger than 4m.
I stupidly didn't order a flyfly 3m Fox and now there out of stock again
Other options Ive seen are the Seagull K8 and B4 which seem ok
Anyone got any other ideas or maybe a flair K8 sat in a box lying around? will consider most options.
I would prefer glass fuz but not to bothered if not (the seagull models are Woodies)
Sadly the Bill Hempel 50% K8 wont fit in the van. http://www.billhempel.com/
Ta in advance

Re: Scale Glider
there's a slight difference between micro & mini (eyes) I have mini servos pushing or pulling 4.6Kg
Re: Scale Glider
o's as well.
Yup, I know, but Ill bet 20p that many folk , when setting them up for the necessary throws, are getting maybe half of the spec'd torque - and besides, mini gears strip easy, and as we know, flaps can be particulary prone to that.
