Hi
Is the ar500 a full range receiver?
And is it suitable for use in glow powered models?
If not, what is the cheapest full range dsm2 Rx available.

Thanks

Spektrum say it is. Check it out at their site http://www.spektrumrc.com/DSM/Products/airReceivers.aspx

It's a 5 channel full range receiver....
If you eventually want dual ailerons which have differential or flap function then you must do some tweaking :-
AR500 has two aileron ports, but it really is just an internal Y harness. To get dual aileron function with an AR500 you need to plug an aileron into the unused gear port and use one of the mixing functions on the radio.....
Plenty of advice on this on the net which you can get yourself
