I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

Identify this aircraft Tbi_3910

I used to have one of these 20 years ago and I'm trying to find the plan for it as I lost mine.
It was for IC, this one is on ebay.

Can anybody remember what it was called?

The wings where made from 2 full sheets of balsa.

Thanks Andy

Had another search today for this and I found it. For anybody who is interested here is the Link to the Plan and article.

TB-1

It is called a TB-1

This was my second RC plane and was powered by a COX medallion.

I can build one now!

Going to get our drawing office to plot a Plan for me today.

Hopefully won't take too long and I have most of the materials I need.

Not sure what engine to get though. Either a medalion or an OS 15 or the Like

I bought the covering from hobbyking 10m for lessthan a tenner but it was much different from solar film so didn't turn out as good as i wanted. it was much thicker and harder to stretch.

It's very much like profilm Andy, you need a hotter iron for using this type of covering, do a test piece with iron at about 2 1/2 to 3

I gave her my covering iron when hers broke once.

She wasn't happy.
