I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Charger balancing fault
Just a quick note on a recent failure........ my 4S Lipo pack refused to charge with the error of a cell gone open circuit & over an voltage pack. I discharged the pack but it still gave the same message & refused to charge the pack. I bought a new 4S pack....same problem, but a new 2S was ok on the same charger. Thought it was a faulty new 4S pack ! A bit of thinking over the weekend & I came round to wondering if my charger was faulty .... no -- it was ok for the 2S ! Wrong ---- it was not the charger but a fault traced to the balance lead adaptor circuit board. An open circuit fault between the 3S & 4S positions on lead 3 !! Just soldered in a bit of wire from pin to pin & all is well. I don't have a clue as to how this happened as the charger has worked well until a week ago, however it does question the build quality maybe ?? At least I now have a second 4S pack which will mean more flying.
