Anyone coming for a fly tonight? There's no official competition going on tonight, but I'm going to get a bit of practice in for the upcoming spot landing competition in a fortnight.

Andy

Yup - a lovely late session in perfect calm glidery conditions - although of course 'twas also nice for some spitfire and jet bede action too :-)

That Osprey flypast was a bit special, I've never seen one in the flesh before. I managed to get a few photos of it, although I was on completely the wrong settings! Didn't have time to change them either...

T'was a good night last night, lots of flying going on, just the ticket...

There were a few photos on the LFA group on facebook of it doing a low level pass through the Mach Loop. 'Tis an impressive multirotor for sure!

Yes, I saw the Osprey go over last night. It was followed by something else but it was in the clouds so I couldn't see what it was. Any ideas? Rolling Eyes
