Summer comes early!

Anyone for the field tomorrow or Sunday? The forecast is almost too good to be true... Very Happy

Jem called to see me today and he'd just been down to the field Allan and from what he said about the state of the field I think you're being optimistic. Jem said it was difficult to walk and said it would be nigh impossible to fly anything with an undercarriage. Rolling Eyes

No problem! Take off the spats and fit bigger wheels Smile

Not that many of mine have wheels anyway. In fact the longer softer grass makes landings a bit less stressful on the airframes of those that don't

If you do go I would recommend larger wheels and lighter airframes if rog from the strip
