I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Re: Welcome to the forum again Mr Sargent
Hi All - ok so I would love to say that dad was typing this but no its Kate - he is sat next to me - as I am sure you all saw from the photo dad is able to stand up with assistance and can even walk a short way with the aid of 2 people - which is fab - whoever said the photo was at the RNLI collage then top marks you were correct. We have set him up a new username on the so he can logo see what you guys are all up to/ have a look at your photos/ so I hope you dont mind - he misses you all alot- he has been in touch with the flying club down this way and apparently - someone can get his trex flying again (look at me sounding knowledgable) and dad hs been doing loads of research on flying his planes with one hand, just need to fine someone with the know how to see if we can set it up n have a go. - anyway dad would love to here from you all - I am going to be setting him a new facebook account aswell - so keep an eye out - hope all is good up there - Kate

Hi Dave/Kate,
That was me, if I got it wrong then I would probably be made redundant, I work for the RNLI.
Anyway nice to see Dave is up & about he looks really well.
On the subject of flying one handed there is a guy who comes to our field flying 1/3 scale gliders, he had a stroke many years ago.
He had a transmitter converted, all I know is his name is John.
All the best
Rich
