Not sure but think I may have left a battery on the box by the strip tonight after rushing off to recover plane from field?

HMRC Import VAT Allowance

Post by XXXXX on Wed Jun 22, 2011 9:46 pm

Just picked this up on the modelflying forum. From 1st November the £18 allowance is going to be reduced to £15 - don't get caught when buying from HK(are they going to tighten up generally on imports???)
Para 2.3 and 2.4 HERE

Its not the change of allowance thats of concern. Its the fact that it may indicate an increase in vigilance by the customs!
