I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ .

Come on Arkwright, spill the beans, let's have the "Confessions of a Shopkeeper". What were you doing.

My guess is he lost that aileron in flight - must have hinged it with that crappy tape he sells

I cannot tell a lie, Mark was flying it at the time. However it probably would have helped if I had switched it on properly. Very little damage, will fly soon again.

Told you I could make you post!
I was absolutly gutted was my secound flight of the Fish after Jem kindley let me program it to my TX
I it was going really well, then it started doing some loverly bunts one after another after another after another and so on into the face!
My first thought was to look at my TX but all was fine when we got to the model it was tuned off with lots of down in which would have been the fail safe setting as I had lots of up sub trim.(after id told Jem that he must rebind the Luna after he had set all his end points and sub trim) yet another leason learned the hard way.

Thinking on the fail safe would not matter if it switched off so it must have held last input.
Either way pissed me off

Good God...Jeremy has found the keyboard!!
This calls for a huge party
Switched it on properly??
You mean it switched itself off in flight?
Hows that then??

In other news Richies SR-1 had another couple of hours wind under its wing over 1 hour of it in my hands and it still lives and is proforming well. I sujest we all start pestering him for a kit as it flies very very well.
Great combater as well if you can slow the bugger down.
Just uploading a vid of the mouldies in action including the re maiden of my old shooting star that burried itself in the side of the orme a couple of years ago, repaired and flown suprising well by my Dad.

In all fairness Le Fish went really well, amazing knife edge whatever you call it, flown excellent by me, average by Jem & really good by Mark.
