would like to say well done to the committee on all the very positive results ref the Field etc.I think all should know what a excellent committee we have hence putting this here and not in club matters. Very Happy

I'd like to second that. There's a lot of hard work gone into the field and the strip which is always in tip top condition. A pat on the back for everyone involved!! Very Happy

Me 3 even though im on the commite alot of the background work is also done by non commite members so thanks should and dose go out to them too

and its alot of hard work filling in all the divots left by Mike's landings he he

Yup - good result, sure hope if we get the container, we can REALLY secure it Shocked
JB suggested a good idea ( I thought so anyway ) today at the field - have a window in it, and then make sure its empty before leaving - that way the gypos can see there's nothing worth breaking into it for.

Experience often wins.

Good idea, it's intended to have secure windows fitted, ie windows with steel shutters & anti tamper locks, you can see what it should be like there's quite a few on ebay, something similar using the standard conatiner doors, instead of a custom door & a weld on padlock shield

The best pilots are the ones that practice most!
