I was at the field today between 14:00 & 15:00 all on my own , good flying too. There is a dead sheep along the fence line towards the gate from the pits, I saw the farmer so reported this to her. I hope no one had plans for a BBQ Smile .

check you pitch range, using a pitch gauge and as mark said first, ie adjusting the curve to suit.

-2 at zero stick
5 at mid stick
8 at max stick
remember to disconnect the speed motor when you do this. if you pitch range

just be careful colin in case it's in neg pitch does it push itself into the ground when you throttle up & lift slightly when you throttle down if it does you may have the pitch reversed, failing that can you see the blades moving when you open the throttle with no motor on the trailing edges of the blades should move down for pos pitch & up for neg pitch

Perhaps we should consider painting some parking spots in the pits, and have one especially reserved for Zaidy?

Ok checked with pitch gauge
-12 at bottom stick
-6 at mid stick
=1 at top stick
so if I alter my linkages for one setting, how do I set each one
c
ps this is in normal mode

the minus 6 at mid stick is incorrect, not 100% but it needs to be positive pitch check you manual.

You'll have to use the transmitters end point adjustment & pitch curves if it has them

there all way out -12 will just slam the heli into the deck if you drop the throttle stick

As Zaid says for normal -2 +5 +8

Heli will proberbly be capable of -12 to +12, use a pich curve in the TX along with you pitch gadge to alter, you may have 3 points or 5 depending on TX

Right that is way out!
Start with
check servos are @90 deg to links (under power)
then
check your links are the correct length as per manual
so the end results
swash plate is level at mid stick

then you play with you pitch curves on your tx.
Ps for ccpm to work correctly, all three servos have to be the same

I hope this helps

hi Zaidy
all three servos are 90 at mid stick and all new Tunigy's TG9e
servo rods spot on
links rods spot on
swash spot on
VRB knob at 12 o'clock
should throttle trim be at zero or centered? on tx
I have 5 points on my pitch curve ( in % ) they are
ep0 38%
1 54%
2 70%
3 85%
4 100%
